Just drop us a quick line and we can request a replacement to be dispatched to you with our ticket issuers. Due to the fact that it has no monetary value, it may take a little while (up to 10 working days) to come through because TFL will have to authorize the request & then they will post this second class. So keep an eye out! 👍
