While we accept credit or debit cards for the first payment to order your ticket, our finance provider RateSetter only accepts subsequent recurring repayments via Direct Debit from a personal bank account.
This is set out in your original contract with CommuterClub that details the payment structure.
Sometimes the reason our customers want this is to use a corporate card to pay for travel. In that case we are happy to issue receipts for your Direct Debit repayments should you wish to claim them as a business expense.
