Passwords - Whether you have forgotten it, or simply fancy a change, it is very easy to change your CommuterClub account password.
Just log out (if you are already logged in), then go to https://www.commuterclub.co.uk/login and click on 'Forgot password?' which is in orange writing.
Alternatively, you can click on https://www.commuterclub.co.uk/forgot-password.php
All you then need to do is enter your email address and you'll get a link to set a new password.
Please bear in mind, you can only access your account once the first payment is collected and ticket ordered. Before that, you only have an application, not an account.
If you have surrendered your ticket for a cancellation, chances are the cancellation was done and you no longer have an account to log into anymore.
