Your first payment will have two types of email receipt automatically sent to you - one from our payment partner Stripe, and one by us in the form of your welcome email.
If you'd like a receipt for your ongoing monthly direct debits then please just drop us a line at customerservices@commuterclub.co.uk and we will switch these on for your current account.
Please note that it takes up to 3 working days from the day the Direct Debit is paid, for the receipt to be emailed over since the funds need to be cleared by the bank.
The receipts will continue to be sent out automatically to your inbox for the duration of your account. Once you renew, you will need to let us know if you want that featured turned back on again.
