Season tickets can be transferred onto smartcards on certain routes at the discretion of the train operating company.
We recommend that you visit your local ticket office to enquire whether it's possible on your route.
We hope to be able to offer this service in future, but at the moment your local ticket office is your best port of call.
If you have managed to make the transfer to a smarcard but need to cancel or do a changeover to your ticket, you will need to unload the ticket back into paper form and send that back to us.

We are actively working on this project at the moment and there is a possibility we will have an initial solution this year. Otherwise it's very much on the 2019 roadmap - where we might even see a CommuterClub branded card!
