Because of the high value of annual season tickets, their loss and replacement is governed by strict rules.
As such, we're unable to order a replacement until your ticket start date - which also gives it the best chance of turning up in the post of its own accord.
In the first instance, please keep an eye on your ticket's tracking information using the link in the email we sent you.
Please contact us on your ticket start date if it still hasn't arrived, and we'll be happy to run you through the replacement process.
